Using Rugby One

Rugby One provides rugby fixtures, scores, profiles, history, rankings and supporter features as available. You can browse public rugby pages without an account. Some activities, including following teams and players and taking part in account features, require sign-in.

These terms describe use of Rugby One. They do not introduce a subscription, payment obligation, automatic marketing permission or consent to optional analytics. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Supporter accounts are intended for people aged 13 and over; younger visitors can browse public rugby pages. Keep your sign-in details secure, use accurate account information and do not impersonate another person. Age is not necessarily verified during registration, and an age rule alone does not establish that a social feature is appropriate for every young person.

Tell support@rugbyone.co.uk if someone may have accessed your account or if you need help with its use. Do not send passwords or verification codes. Account-deletion requests can be raised through privacy@rugbyone.co.uk; publishing these terms does not enable automatic self-service deletion.

Do not use Rugby One to threaten, harass or abuse others; impersonate people; share unlawful material or someone else’s private information; send spam; or bypass security, access restrictions or account sanctions. Only upload material you have permission to use.

Use the controls actually available for the feature, or contact support to raise a concern. Do not assume that an unavailable in-app report has been submitted. We may investigate concerns and use available account or content restrictions where reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, comply with the law or address a breach of these rules. You can contact support to ask for a review of a restriction.

Scores are currently updated manually and may be delayed or incomplete. Coverage varies by competition and season. Check important fixture, travel or ticket information with the organiser. Rankings and editorial selections may express Rugby One’s assessment rather than an official governing-body ranking.

See Data & coverage for limitations and correction information. Third-party links lead to independently operated services. Displaying team or competition information does not mean Rugby One is officially affiliated with or endorsed by them.

Votes, predictions, deadlines, scoring and standings follow the published Community rules and the rules shown for the relevant activity. Corrections are handled through the feature’s existing processes; these terms do not change previously recorded scoring rules.

Points and tokens do not currently have a cash value or promise a prize, redemption, transfer or paid benefit. Any future giveaway, paid service or reward needs its own applicable terms and actual availability. A place on a leaderboard is not a guarantee of a reward.

Rugby One’s original branding and material are protected by applicable rights. Third-party marks, photographs and other material remain subject to their owners’ rights. Do not assume everything displayed here can be reused without permission.

You retain your rights in content you provide. When you choose to upload it, you permit the storage, technical processing, resizing and display needed to provide the feature you requested, including display to its intended audience. This does not give Rugby One ownership of your content or permission to sell it or use it in unrelated advertising. Shared copies, required records and removal requests are explained in our Privacy notice.

Features and coverage can change as Rugby One develops. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or error-free sporting information. Report problems through Contact & support. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits your applicable statutory rights.

Material changes to these terms will be explained through an appropriate website notice or direct communication where relevant. Publishing an updated page does not mean existing users have retrospectively agreed to a new charge or surrendered legal rights. Additional permission or agreement will be sought where required.
